The MoTak MCA-366A mobile ice cream freezer has a capacity of 9.3 cubic feet and holds 6 PVC-coated wire baskets. The baskets sit high enough in the freezer so that customers can reach in and select prepackaged ice cream snacks with ease but also deep enough so that large tubs of ice cream can be placed inside them if desired. The transparent and curved door panel slides open for fast access, and the interior light illuminates the products within. Coved corners facilitate clean-up, and locking doors keep products secure at night.

The refrigeration system in the MoTak MCA-366A ice cream freezer utilizes R290 refrigerant, which is ecofriendly and energy efficient. The 3-inch-thick foam insulation works to keep the cold air in; the temperature of the freezer is controlled using a mechanical thermostat that adjusts from -15 to 8 degrees Fahrenheit. The freezer is 56¹/₁₀ inches wide by 23⁹/₁₀ inches deep by 33¹/₁₀ inches tall. It can be moved using its swivel casters for efficient cleaning.
