\nDurable to support heavy use, the MoTak MDC26-X ice cream freezer?s exterior and interior are constructed of corrosion-resistant white aluminum. Its top is made of stainless steel for additional strength, and it?s fitted with a viewing window to provide guests with a clear view of their ice cream selections. To further improve visibility, the interior is illuminated with LED lighting. Featuring six racks, this unit can accommodate (20) 3-gallon ice cream tubs and comes with tub holders as well as night covers.
\nUsing a precise temperature control system, operators can adjust the temperature of the MoTak MDC26-X ice cream dipping cabinet between -10 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit.
