The MoTak MECO-1-240 full-size convection oven offers a classic industrial appearance with a durable stainless steel front, top, and sides. For a visual flair, built-in legs provide an angular shape with bullet feet for additional stability. For full-body strength, the interior cabinet offers a construction of enamel porcelain, reducing scratches, dents, and other abrasions. Fitted to the cabinet are two stainless steel doors that can be accessed through the large handles. Because the doors feature double-pane thermal glass windows, they lock in the heat to reduce energy consumption. Once the doors are opened, the in-built switch stops the fans and burners to reduce scalding and injury hazards.

This MoTak MECO-1-240 convection oven's cabinet can fit a total of five racks that are chrome plated for added strength. The interior offers ten total rack positions spaced 1¹/₂-inches apart. Ideal for rotisseries, cookies, pies, and a variety of inventory, this unit's interior cabinet measures 28¹/₂ inches wide by 21¹/₂ inches deep by 20 inches high. Built-in is a simple-to-use control panel with solid-state controls, enabling users to adjust the temperature between 150 and 500 degrees and set the timer as high as 60 minutes.
