MoTak MECO-2-240 Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 23.8 kW, 240v

The MoTak MECO-2-240 double-full-size electric convection oven features a control panel with solid-state digital controls offering accurate timekeeping and the ability to set temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit measures 38 inches wide by 43¹/₂ inches deep by 63 inches high unit. At the end of operation, users can manually turn it off with the provided toggle switch. The temperature indicator light provides simple communication to the operator once ideal conditions are met.

This unit comes fitted with two stainless steel independent doors supplied with large ergonomic handles for smooth door opening and closing. At a certain angle, the doors trip the interlock switch, turning off the ¹/₂-horsepower fans and the burners to prevent scalding. Each door is supplied with a double-pane thermal window that locks in the heat for thorough cooking. To reduce the appearance of wear and tear over time, the interior is made of porcelain enamel.

This MoTak MECO-2-240 double full-size convection oven's two 28¹/₂-inch-wide by 21¹/₂-inch-deep by 20-inch-high cabinets hold a total of 5 racks each. Users can manipulate the racks in 1¹/₂-inch increments . The racks are chrome-plated, while the exterior front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel.
