MoTak MHP-F-I-S Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Proofing Cabinet w/ (36) Pan Capacity, 120v

Built with reliable insulation, the MoTak MHP-F-I-S heated proofer and holding cabinet maintains various temperatures and includes a solid aluminum door for proper sealing and insulation throughout cook times. Like the door, this unit is constructed of aluminum to promote heat absorption and transfer, and its full-size design offers ample cooking space. This cabin includes wire pan supports that work to uphold (36) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and is paired with LED lighting to heighten visibility. This piece of equipment has corners adorned with bumpers to minimize external damages, and the bottom features four 5-inch casters that help enable fluid movement.

The MoTak MHP-F-I-S food warming unit monitors temperatures with its LED thermometer and can be adjusted along the removable control drawer. It offers two modes?heating and proofing?which provide maximum temperatures of 115 or 180 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively; the latter generates humidity at a set level between 30 and 50 percent. To promote even heating and proofing, this cabinet uses forced-air circulation.
