MoTak MHP-F-N-C Full Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Proofing Cabinet w/ (36) Pan Capacity, 120v

The full-size MoTak MHP-F-N-C heated proofer and holding cabinet has ample space for (36) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. These pans are upheld with wire supports, and the unit is constructed of aluminum for optimal heat absorption and transfer. For simple accessibility, this unit has one clear polycarbonate door that also works to lock in high temperatures and humidity. This cabinet features high visibility with LED lighting and includes corner bumpers to help prevent external damages. This unit is mobile on four 5-inch swivel casters, and two of these casters brake for stability as needed.

The MoTak MHP-F-N-C food warming cabinet features two separate modes for proofing and heating; the former maintains temperatures as high as 115 degrees Fahrenheit and grants 30 to 50 percent humidity, while the latter provides temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For even, consistent results, these temperatures are spread throughout the entire cabin with the use of forced-air circulation and can be monitored on the LED thermometer. This unit is paired with a removable control drawer for thorough cleaning.
