MoTak MHP-H-I-C Half Height Insulated Mobile Heated Proofing Cabinet w/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

The small and compact MoTak MHP-H-I-C heated proofer and holding cabinet has a silver structure made of aluminum. This unit's makeup absorbs and disperses heat while securely holding the (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans resting atop wire pan supports. To help lock in these temperatures, this piece of equipment is paired with a clear, polycarbonate door that heightens visibility during use. It includes LED lighting and features corner bumpers to prevent accidental damage. This cabinet is attached to four 3-inch casters?two of which brake for stability?to ease transportation and maneuvering.

The MoTak MHP-H-I-C heated unit utilizes forced-air circulation to promote the even spread of heat and humidity throughout operation. These temperatures are adjustable depending on the need. The unit can reach 180 degrees Fahrenheit for heating mode and doesn't exceed 115 degrees Fahrenheit on proofing mode. The proofing mode provides 30 to 50 percent humidity, and all temperatures can be monitored with the simple-to-read LED thermometer. For easy cleaning after services, this unit also includes a removable control drawer.
