MoTak MHP-H-N-C Half Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Proofing Cabinet w/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

Designed to fit comfortably in most settings, the MoTak MHP-H-N-C heated proofer and holding cabinet features a half-height size that helps maximize space. It?s constructed of aluminum to effectively absorb and transfer heat and includes a field-reversible door. The door has a clear front and LED lighting for heightened visibility. This unit is paired with stationary wire rack supports to securely hold (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans full of fresh doughs or sides. This machine is mobile on its four 3-inch swivel casters, and its corners feature bumpers to help prevent damage in the case of accidental bumps. Two of these casters brake for stationary placement as needed.

The MoTak MHP-H-N-C food warming unit is designed with a forced-air circulation system to promote even heating and proofing. To further ensure temperatures don?t exceed 180 degrees Fahrenheit throughout heating or 115 degrees Fahrenheit when proofing, this unit is paired with a LED thermometer that helps users monitor the cabinet. After high-volume services, line cooks can remove the control drawer to finish cleaning.
